Before you book
Emergency lighting is a legal test
Exit and emergency lights in commercial buildings must be tested every six months and the results logged. Missed tests are the first thing an insurer or fire inspector asks about after an incident.
After-hours by arrangement
Fit-outs and lighting upgrades in a trading shop are best done before opening or after close. We book around your hours and leave the place ready to trade.
One contractor for the block
Owners corporations get one point of contact, a maintenance schedule, and quotes the committee can read. We keep a record of every board and asset on the property so the next visit starts from what we know.

Commercial and strata: common questions
Do you do small commercial jobs?
Yes. A new circuit for a coffee machine, a sign light that has failed, an extra data point in an office: the same fixed-quote approach as our residential work, booked around your trading hours.
Can you take over maintenance for our strata building?
Yes. We start with a walk-through and a condition report on the common-area electrical, then propose a schedule for emergency lighting tests, test and tag and general maintenance, priced so the committee can budget for it.
Do you handle the compliance paperwork?
Yes. A Certificate of Electrical Safety for installation work, emergency lighting test logs, and test and tag registers are all provided as part of the job and kept on file so you can find them when asked.
